McCormack Realty & Renters Choice Homes is a family-owned and operated business, our property rental business was established in Kissimmee in 1994. Formerly known as Welcome Homes USA, we rebranded in 2004 as McCormack Realty and Renters Choice Homes to concentrate on real estate and long-term rentals when the vacation rental business was sold.
 
Anne Marie McCormack was born in Manchester, England; she's a naturalised US citizen living in Kissimmee since 1991, her husband Jon is from Iowa and together with their son Nick, head the team of dedicated professionals. The team includes experienced investors, leading property management experts, state licensed building contractors and affiliations with real estate attorneys, lending resources and tax consultants.
