Renters Choice Homes is a family owned, long-term rental business operated by the McCormack family. Senior Property Managers are Nick McCormack and Nicole Nichols. 

The original property rental business was established in Kissimmee in 1994. Formerly known as Welcome Homes USA, the vacation rental division was sold in 2004. The old name went with the sale and we rebranded as Renters Choice Homes, allowing us to concentrate on long-term rentals. 

We have a wealth of knowledge and experience and a refreshing ethic ensuring that tenants and owners are both dealt with honestly and responsibly. 

We maintain high standards in our rental homes

As tenants, you can report maintenance issues by phone or via our online tenant portal. All you need do is log into the system and make a request - it's that simple. Your request is timed, date stamped and forwarded to the appropriate staff member so it can be processed quickly, minimising any inconvenience to you.

Can I be sure I won’t lose my rental home?

Our managed rental homes are owned by seasoned investors and in most cases, the investors have owned these homes for a number of years. As responsible property letting realtors in Kissimmee, we qualify potential tenants and we also qualify the property owners before listing a new rental home. We check to see there is a mortgage and that it’s current to ensure your long-term rental security.
