Licensing & Professional Memberships

All our Realtors are licensed by the State of Florida Division of Real Estate. They have completed all the necessary state mandated courses and comply with all aspects of Florida Law Chapter 475 and Florida landlord and tenant law Chapter 82. They continue to pursue on going education to stay current with new laws and market changes. Knowledge is power and coupled with years of experience, it makes for a winning combination.

Beware of unlicensed activity. All leases over 6 months require formal licensure under chapter 475. Check to ensure the company you're considering is properly licensed. This does not apply to “for rent by owner”. Our Florida Brokerage State Licence is CQ1021195.

N.A.R.P.M. ® » The National Association of Residential Property Managers

Professional Members of NARPM® are individuals who must be engaged in the management of residential properties as agents for others, licensed in those states that require licensing, or is an employee of a company, or property owner, who handles all aspects of the residential Property management. These individuals must comply with real estate license law for their state but do not have to hold a license however, all our associates are Realtors and hold a license.
