There isn't much about managing homes that Nick doesn't know. He's a seasoned property manager who as a young boy, used to come to the office after school and on weekends to help out. He's done everything over the years from cleaning pools to handling sales and tenants! With 22 years experience, ensuring that everyone is dealt with honestly and fairly, he really understands the needs of landlords and investors.

Born and raised in Florida, Nicole has been a part of our family rental and sales business since 2004 and we're proud to have her on our team. She started out as Anne-Marie's assistant and as her knowledge grew so did her role and responsibilities within the company. She's very experienced in all aspects of property management and rentals; firm yet very fair, our owners and tenants just love her sweet southern ways.

Active in investment real estate in Kissimmee, Florida since 1991. There are very few dedicated property professionals in Florida with so much investment home experience.
Jon & Anne-Marie still oversee the running of the company whilst day to day management has been handed down to the next generation, Nick McCormack and Nicole Nichols.
