Our home rejuvenation and makeover team is lead by Nick McCormack & Nicole Nichols. They will visit your home, take photo's and compile a detailed report on what needs to be done to either lease or sell your home FAST.

Our main sub-contractor is Mike Dryburgh a State Licensed Florida Home Building Contractor and Pool Builder who will also look for faults that may not be visible to the inexperienced eye. We can then arrange competitive quotes from local service providers to get your property in good condition with the least expense to you.
