Short Sales

A short sale means that your lender may allow you to sell your home for less money than you owe them however, most lenders will not allow an investor to short sall their investment home without the investor taking some of the financial loss. We can help you through this often lengthy and stressful process, for both buyers and sellers.

Foreclosures

Before you lose your home in foreclosure, allow us to see if your bank will work with you on the sale. Foreclosure is costly for all parties and will influence your credit rating for seven years. Under current legislation, you won't be able to buy another home until two years have elapsed since the foreclosure.
